Karan Singh

Mr. Singh brings extensive operational capability and capital raising experience to Intergen Energy. In his role at IndoGrec, a private strategic investment and advisory firm, he has successfully raised capital for various businesses expanding into new markets, and consulted on government relations and business operations for companies expanding into Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to IndoGrec, he has spent seven years as CEO of a telecom infrastructure company. During his tenure he has developed over 120 cross-border interconnect agreements with both private and state-owned telecom providers, and set up over 30 POP’s (Points of Presence) throughout the globe. He has also raised capital and overseen the Sewage Treatment Plant Implementation for Park Lane Apartments which is a Property Development Company with Developments in Europe, India and Africa. He designed and implemented the whole STP system and waste water and renewable energy processes and strategies for townships across Europe, Africa and India. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
Amit Rawat

Mr. Amit Rawat is a Graduate in Bachelor in Commerce. He has a professional experience of more than 14 years in Power & Water sector. He was involved in Marketing and development of several conventional and nonconventional Community based water treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis Systems, power Systems in India and carried out feasibility study and prepared technical specifications for several solar PV and water treatment and supply projects. He has involved in Marketing Design and Development of several medium and large scale power projects funded by Various State Governments. He has actively participated with Govt bodies for creation of policy framework for Solar power plants and Rural Water Supply Schemes. Before joining IEL, Mr. Rawat has spent the past years working with Punj Lloyd Limited, a prime EPC Company in the Indian Market, and has also worked for many reputed companies i.e TATA BP Solar, Emmvee Solar etc. He has managed and headed up Marketing and Development works for projects valued worth thousands of crores of rupees. An efficient & dedicated entrepreneur is handling the core field of water / wastewater treatment and supply, infrastructure, renewable energy projects rendering the company with remarkable achievements. A strong passion for business and enterprising vision is the key to his success.
Kishor Sharma
(Chief Financial Officer)
Mr. Kishor Sharma has joined the Board as in July 2019 as a Director, having experience of more than twelve year in field of Finance, Accountancy and Taxation. In 2011 he has qualified intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy Course conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Act, 1961. He has completed his graduation, Bachelor Degree (B.com) in field of Commerce from Delhi University in the year 2008. His immense knowledge of reading and understanding financials, analysis, presentation and financialization and having experience in Internal and Statutory Audits and Taxation Compliance, helps us for better presentation and preparation of financial statements and suffice information needed to present them.
Ajay Jain

Ajay Jain is a highly experienced civil engineer with a specialization in water supply and sewerage control. His career spans several decades, during which he has held various significant positions, including roles in the Public Health Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and as a technical consultant. Ajay has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving infrastructure in tribal areas and has successfully managed large-scale projects worth over Rs. 40,000 crore. His academic background includes a gold medal in civil engineering and a master's degree in environmental engineering. Ajay's skills in critical thinking, communication, and leadership, combined with his passion for innovation, position him as a valuable asset in the field of civil engineering.
Smriti Singh
Independent Director
Smriti Singh is a Fellow Chartered Accountants and has more than 10 years of work experience. Her strength include tax planning and management, project appraisal, conducting strategic reviews and due diligence. She has a diverse background in auditing, assurance services, corporate laws and Goods and Services Taxes (GST). She has extensive experience in providing corporate tax advisory services and litigation services to various domestic and multinational companies. She had immense exposure in banks statutory and concurrent audit and compliances under various law like Companies Act 2013, GST, SEBI and RBI as well.
Smriti is actively involved in social activities related to women and child welfare. For that purpose, she is exclusively engaged in providing assistance to various companies in making policies and committee under POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace Act) compliance. She is also helping needy women, children and old age people through "AASHRAY FOUNDATION".
Smriti is a practicing-chartered accountants of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She holds Bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University. She is a diploma holder in field of Information System Audit (ICAI).
Over her professional life span she has been setting new benchmarks and achieving new milestones in client service and delivery.
Mohan Kumar

Mohan Kumar is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Certified Independent Director, and Virtual CFO with over 12 years of professional experience in taxation, assurance, forensic accounting, and corporate consultancy. He is a Partner at D H A & Co., Chartered Accountants (since 2014), where he leads the Audit & Assurance, GST and Income Tax Advisory, and Corporate Consultancy practices. His core expertise lies in Indirect Taxation, with a specialization in Goods and Services Tax (GST), where he has established himself as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
Mr. Kumar also acts as a Virtual CFO for diverse businesses, providing end-to-end financial management, compliance oversight, and strategic advisory to strengthen governance and business growth. He serves as a designated faculty member on GST at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has delivered numerous technical sessions, corporate training programs, and workshops across professional and industry platforms. He has contributed as a guest speaker and trainer at ICAI forums such as NICASA and NIRC – Career Counselling Committee, reflecting his commitment to professional capacity building and knowledge sharing.
